Featuring flirty shoulder ties which can be adjusted and worn on or off the shoulder, smocked bodice, and tiered skirt (partial skirt lined) all in a effortlessly fun gauzy material. This is the perfect beach dress or coverup. There is some kind of dark staining throughout the front of the entire skirt.
