msjmarie80 Hello bosslaura100 Our firm pillow is soft to the touch but very solid in it's structure. Made with polyester 3d hollow fiber fill but, a 100% cotton liner. It's a great medium to medium firm It looks exactly like it's picture and comes with a free white 100% cotton pillow case designed to go around the wings so the pillow can convert. It can be used as a bed pillow, wedge pillow, arm pillow, leg pillow and a lumbar pillow for sitting in bed. We have a soft fill as well. Thanks bosslaura100
