NEW WITH TAG! This was an impulse buy and now can't return it. Never really used it. Tried it on, fits well but I will not be using it anytime soon so I'm selling this one for a lower price. Retails for $70, selling it for $65, with FREE SHIPPING! This is a very nice dress, the straps are adjustable, even has bra pads built in, so flattering to the body, comfortable to wear, and the fabric is so nice. If you're in between sizes 2 and 4, this would fit great.
