Preowned but great condition.  Black Chinese/ Mandarin collar double button bolero jacket from Behnaz Sarafpour for Target. Collar is sateen all around the neck. The hem is a wide ribbon-like material with ribbing. 3 button up with snap at top in collar. Sleeves are 3/4. Approximate measurements with garment laying flat: Chest (armpit to armpit): 17” Length (bottom of neckline to bottom of front): 19”.
