livelife_love @applezoo Hi Please note that this dress is not white; it is a cream color with a slight champagne like hints to it. I just want to make sure that you know this before buying. In regards to sizing I think it will depend on how far along you are and your size preference. I'm usually a small but when I was pregnant I was wearing a medium so you may want to go up a size just in case. The dress does have a slight stretch to it but you don't want it to be tight either. Hope this helps
