Beige New York City Design Co skirt size 12

Beige Separates by New York City Design Co. skirt size 12. Sorry for the wrinkles. There is a tie on the front that does not adjust the tightness of the skirt. Skirt has a side zipper. Last picture shows that one of the hooks needs to be reattached but it is pinned to the skirt so it doesn't get lost or if your lazy you can use the safety pin to hook the clasp. :-)
