New without tag (NWOT) Bought & never worn besides trying it on once. It's a puff sleeve, off white (cream) see through mesh shirt with beautifully detailed 3-D butterfly embroidery. It's a little short and fits more like a crop top than a shirt (see measurements below). Needs to wear an undershirt, or really sexy with only bra.
