Beige and White tight dress

This is looks like a skirt and shirt but is indeed a dress! Very cute. Strapless white and flowy top but beige tight bottom. Really gives the illusion of a skirt. It has a jeweled beautiful belt looking center. It is in perfect condition and has been worn once.
