Beige beach hat with baby blue rim/ribbon

An OSFM paper beach hat. Made of 89% paper and 11% polyester. It is a a year or two old but it has barely been worn at all and has no rips or tears. It is a floppy hat so it will sway in the wind but it should not fly off. It's has a straw bow in the back of the hat.
