Beige by ECI Bell Sleeve Print Dress Sz. 4

I bought this dress from Belk last fall and have only worn it a few times. It is a Black, Charcoal Gray, and White print with bell sleeves. The material is stretchy and very comfortable. The dress is very flowy and the 3/4 bell sleeves come to just below the elbow. The dress was originally $60. I would like $10 for the dress, but I am willing to take offers.
