Beige short sleeve dress coat

This is an adorable short sleeve dress. Fully functional oversize buttons up the front and decorative buttons on shoulder and sleeve. It is fully lined and has POCKETS! I have no idea the material, but it feels like a wool blend and silky poly lining. No apparent stains/flaws, except for mended inside left pocket(small hole). Could also be worn with a belt as the large loops are functional. See pics for measurements. definitely NOT size XL, more like med. Modcloth listed for exposure.
