shtancy @sandhyas chest flat 17, shoulders 18 not sure about what is shoulder to hem length, I’m not sure what it means. I googled it- but still don’t know how to take that measure. I hope this helps

shtancy @myelmo352 chest flat 17? Shoulder to shoulder 17. I’m not sure what the material is. I’d have to make a trip to get to the storage unfortunately. But if you google the brand, it’s the material they use for rain coats. This one does excellent job during the rain
