beadsie do these tend to run narrow?

esm8 @beadsie yes, I would say normal to a little narrow near the toes, but the leather already has a little stretch and could easily be stretched more by a cobbler

aimeepochini hey there, do you think they are a true 8.5 or do these run small? I have heard they do and people often size up 1/2 size.

esm8 @aimeepochini hi! I’m not an expert in sizing and haven’t tried other sizes in this shoe, but yeah I would say sizing up a half size may be safer. I’m an 8.5 and these just fit. If you’re between an 8.5 and a 9 these will probably be too small.

aimeepochini @esm8 I am exactly an 8.5. Hardly ever size up for length in foot. you too? pretty much always and 8.5?

esm8 @aimeepochini It really depends on the shoe for me. This shoe narrows at the toe but the leather is stretchy so if I push my foot in to the front of the shoe it fits perfectly, but if I just slip it on my heel is maybe a tiny bit off the back of the sole.
