Bel&Bo blue floral skirt y2k

Reminds me of an early 2000s rom com movie. Bought this at a vintage market in Chile. Super pretty skirt perfect for spring and summer. Very comfortable, can be worn high waisted or low waisted depending on your size. For mid-low waist fit 27-31” (lower waist measurement) recommended. If your waist is bigger, then this would fit better mid-high waisted :))
