Beldoch Popper Knit Sweater Pullover Black White Shoulder Pads Vintage 1980s

Circa 1980s well made knit pullover sweater by Beldoch Popper. It has sewn-in shoulder pads and a textured waistband. No size tag or fabric content info found. It may be a silk blend. There is a small faint light discoloration on the left shoulder, (smaller than a dime), as shown in last two photos. Please see measurements below, taken flat and compare them with your shirt size.
