If you’re into artsy fashion you will love this 100% Silk Skirt from Just in Case. The hem and ruffles have raw edges. There are three separate vertical ruffles. The middle one, running down the entire left side consists of TEN layers of silk and tulle. Lightweight silk fabric embellishment floats down the center slightly below the hem. Just a beautiful European hot mess. Labeled Size 44: Waist measures 15.5/16” which is usually a Size 12/14 but please measure your waist or a skirt that fits before purchasing. 24” long.
