Bell Sleeve Blue Velvet Dress with Bows

This is such a pretty dress! I cannot remember where I bought this from but I cannot find it anywhere else so it’s a super unique piece. The sleeves have shoulder cutouts and then there are long bell sleeves covering the rest of the arms. The shoulder area in both the front and back of each sleeve have blue velvet bows that you can retie to suit your preference. Ask a question or make me an offer!
