Bell Sleeve Keyhole Umgee Dress- Navy Blue &Floral

Absolutely adore this dress and bought it to wear for a baby shower... turned out to be a little too roomy. I love my clothes loose fitting, but this was a bit much- even compared to other Umgee dresses I own. It’s absolutely supposed to be flowy with the pleated front. So it didn’t work out for me, but I hope it will work for you! I measured armpit to armpit across the front, and it’s 28inches (assuming it’s 56inches total).
