Elastic neckline-can be worn for an off the shoulder look! Light-weight beautiful dark blue dress with lace detail on ends of sleeves and hem. Lined underneath. Hits mid thigh in length. Size small but is very loose to fit med/lg. Was worn with a belt for cinched waist.
