Bell Sleeve Ruffle Gown

Wore once and had professionally cleaned in excellent condition, bought at a boutique it’s one of a kind, doesn’t have a tag with a brand name so I’m not sure who the designer is, the only sign of wear is the one sleeve has the buttons missing from the dry cleaners it’s not noticeable since the sleeves are so dramatic and could be easily replace.
