Bell Sleeved Tassle Hippie Dress

This groovy dress has bell sleeves, patterned trims, and tassles no size listed but I'd say it fits like a women's medium, it has ties in back to fit smaller or larger Some of the hassles are missing, as pictured, this doesn't take away from this dresses earthy, natural look though!
