Blue and white pattern with pink tassels! The blouse is so cute and perfect for any day! Bell by Alicia Bell does run small, so even though I was a size large, the blouse was still a little tight. Be aware that the Bell top does not run true to size. I did buy it at a boutique for far less, so I will put it at the price I paid for it, not the actual retail price of these blouses.
