Bell summer lightweight dress worn once with tie at waist and beautiful tassels

Summer mini dress that hits above knee with gorgeous blue/purple pattern, ruffle sleeves, tie waist, tassels (when washing roll tassels up, put tin foil firmly around them and secure with rubber band, then wash and remove tin foil after washing..keeps tassels in great condition!)
