Adorable skirt for the holidays from Bella Bliss! Navy and Green tartan pattern called Melbourne Plaid. Fully lined. Smocked back and side zip for easy on and off. Attached sash that can be tied in the front and back. 50% cotton, 50% poly outer (feels like flannel). Lining is 100% cotton. Excellent condition, my daughter wore this once. Size 5, true to size for us.
