Bella Bloom Royal Blue and Sparkle gown

Bella Bloom formal gown. Royal blue bottom and off-white sparkly top. Sheer, beaded top with sewn in bra cups. Dress altered by length only (5’2 with 3” heels). Size is Small, but runs slightly large. I’m 5’2 and 120lbs, size 2 and could’ve worn an XS easily.
