Bellabeat tech support reply “Unfortunately, after a further investigation about your Leaf being locked, we noticed that your Leaf was previously disabled before you even bought it. We are truly sorry about this inconvenience and there is not much we can do at this point since we are unable to enable it again.

jazz211 Here’s the rest: “We would advise you to try and get the full refund from the seller that sold you disabled Leaf.” This item is definitely disabled and not able to be unlocked. We need to work out a process for a refund. Thank you!
