@crystal7clear Okay, so UN-STretched: the waist is 14” and then it stretches out to 18” easily and comfortably.
The chest is very easily big enough: about 19” from pit to pit - it can be loosened and tightened around the neckline to be off the shoulders or good coverage. Very versatile for comfort level and the material has a very nice lightweight drape.
