This sterling silver substantial hand painted Italian black enamel ring is a show stopper, and is named “Glitter.”. Made by Belle Etoile, the large dome shape is emphasized by the cubic zirconia stones of varying sizes. The sterling silver ring is rhodium plated, and nickel allergy free, making it shiny forever.
