"Belle" Guess Dress (New Without tags!)

This beautiful Guess maxi dress has never been worn! Dress comes without belt seen in first picture. Soft, light blue fabric with a lovely ruffle one shoulder. Zippers on the side and has slits up both sides. I'm 5"5' and this is a little long, but would be perfect with a pair of wedges
