Belle Poque vintage style dress in EUC (no flaws noted/like-new). Color is black and size is medium. Short puffed sleeves with elastic around cuffs, square neck with a sweetheart dip, cinched bust, decorative buttons down front, smocked area in back. Approximate measurements: length 41”, 17” armpit to armpit laying flat (smocked area in back allows another 1”+ more stretch), waistline 14.5” laying flat (can stretch to 15” easily), hips 23” laying flat (flare to skirt), slit below end of buttons in front is 10”.
