Belle + Sky Dress Medallion Print Dress

Belle + Sky Medallion Print Dress. This dress has a drop waist, lined and 2 flare flouncy layers. Tassels at the top of the dress are adjustable. Size M I just took this out the dry cleaners Bag and see the damage done by them. **last pic***this doesn’t effect wearing it as it’s part of liner. I fist asked my sister did you do this. She said no I wore it and sent it to the cleaners. Color is navy blue and maroon. It’s an easy fix but I can’t sew. 🙃
