Belle + Sky Floral Ruffle Romper

Beautiful new with tags romper from Belle + Sky in a 1X. The color is a black with white and pink florals, perfect for fall/winter. The romper itself is a nice lightweight material, with the sleeves being sheer. There is a gorgeous ruffle that runs from the shoulder to the elbow.
