Belle Sleeve Dress

I love this dress however the sleeves are too long for my arms. The gorgeous teal color, trendy high ruffled tie-up neckline with a deep cut-out and lace up detail is so cute. It is made with 100% polyester and lined for additional coverage. The model in the picture is wearing a size SMALL however the dress I'm selling is a size MEDIUM so the length from shoulder to hem on a hanger is 34.5" and the bust is 40".
