Belle pogue circle skirt red wide waist

Absolutely beautiful red circle skirt from Bell Pogue. Size extra large however please check the measurements against your own before purchasing them. It does have a higher waist and a wide waist band. I had a similar skirt that was too small because of where the waistline sat. There’s no stretch to this fabric but there is a zipper.
