Hi I’m a pretty standard medium, but would I need to size up in this? The website noted it runs small.

@deeann113 I’m a medium also, and it fit me perfect. You want it a little snug to be able to give you that snatch. It also has 2 adjustments so if the first column of clasps are too tight you can use the next column of clasps (like a bra)
