niskyhill @debll2045 And it supplies pretty firm compression, is that right? I'm 10 days post-surgery and the dr wants only light-moderate compression...I'm thinking with the adjustability I may be able to vary the compression somewhat? Sorry for all the questions; this is a new frontier for me!

debll2045 @niskyhill I did not know about this garment, so did not wear this at the time I was recovering from surgery. I started about 6 mos later, and have been using it as needed (for the last 13 yrs). I now only have lymphedema flare-ups in my chest and arm during summer months. This particular garment is new, never worn. It gives you enough room with all the hooks, for you to make adjustments as you go, and as you recover.

I now have a Classique bra in my closet, which I have found to be comfortable over the years, plus if you need this, there are pockets for prostheses.
