The back measures approx 12" unstretched - there is a very stretchy band, and I was able to stretch the band comfortably/easily to approx 16".
The "cups" I measured approx 6.5" across.
I would note that the top is marked a Medium. However, the tag is marked small. Hope the measurements help.

Hello, what band and cup size cup will this fit or comfortably stretch up to? As in, 34 b, 36 b/c 38b/c etc

@nylonpanda I wish I could answer you. I don't know. I can give you some measurements though and hope it might help. I can tell you that top is pretty small. The back measures approx 12" unstretched - there is a very stretchy band, and I was able to stretch comfortable/easily to approx 16". The "cups" I measured approx 6/5" across.
