Used pregnancy belt to hold up the belly. Belly Bandit Basics maternity belt Size L / large. I believe the L is for a 44-49 belly. I was about 120 lbs / 5'6" pre pregnancy, but I have a short torso and get a huge belly. I wore this towards the end of my 4th pregnancy. It may have been slightly big, but I sized out of the medium.
