@kavrisha I recommend getting S . I was size 14 (guessing thats L ) and I ordered L (I followed the size chard on their website) It was too big I got M and only used it for about a week had to get S and I was using that for few weeks until it got too big. It really works but L will be too big . I think i would be great for someone thats XL (16-18) rather than L .
