Belt Buckle Necklace

This gorgeous, one of a kind, necklace is made with a Swarovski embellished, colorful, vintage Arait belt buckle. This is a rare buckle that is hard to find. I have added the beautiful matching belt tip that perfectly compliments the buckle. I hung it on a 22" vintage Brighton chain with 4 authentic green turquoise beads. It closes with a lobster clasp and has a two inch extender. This is a real statement piece and you won't see another one like it. It will be uniquely yours. Buckle measures 2 1/2" wide and 2 3/8" long. Brighton's chain and other silver accessories, are cast in solid brass or zinc, and then dipped in pure silver. Since silver has a natural tendency to tarnish (oxidize) and scratch, Brighton has added a protective layer of lacquer to help prevent this from happening. I have also made the slide to this beautiful buckle into a necklace. Keeping it wrapped in a cloth bag will also protect from tarnishing. Always put your jewelry on last and take it off first.
