Beltaine Fringe Dress

Preppy Beltaine off the shoulder dress with fringe and embroidery all around the bottom hem. Comfortably lined on the inside. Blue and white muted stripes with more embroidery around each arm. You can push the sleeves down and wear the dress around your shoulders or choose to wear it up more so it has a scallop feel around your neck. Dress is 25” from top to bottom.
