Belted fitted jacket nwot

Very striking blue and tan jacket, fully lined. Structured seaming down front and in back for a fitted look. Loops on side seams for the belt, which is included, dress up or down. The pictures look brown but it's a med blue with blue buttons. All polyester, size 6, and new
