Spring has sprung! Beluga New York girls reversible flower jacket and pants. Jacket reverses to pale blue. Flowered side has 3-D flowers and embroidery. Flower and side split near ankle on pants. Slightly soiled ( might come out) on back of one leg (pictured) and one loose button and for that reason, it is a bargain priced boutique!
