Beluva San Francisco reversible blue/black blazer

Boutique style long sleeve reversible blazer with a black/ocean blue pattern on one side with 3 round silver buttons and bright cream/light blue pattern on the other side with 3 silver rectangle like buttons. Please see pictures for close up fabric detail. Really cute with sleeves rolled up. This garment does not have a name label, but I have several of these same brand in my closet.
