pamandhanns Is this tote unlined? What are the dimensions of the bag, including the drop? Where are the slight watermarks?

lknox16 @pamandhanns the bag is about 11 inches tall with handles about 9.5 inches from the top of the bag. The base is 10 inches wide, with the largest section about 14 inches wide. The bag came unlined, but has the original protection bag. The water marks are pictured in the zoomed in picture, at the base of the bag (they look like small white dots). I have included more pictures for sizing.
