Note pic with penny -on lower sleeve there is shine, probably from an iron which you may see if the light is at an angle. I've tried to exaggerate it with the lighting in the pic. Can be used without blouse with panel or remove panel to add blouse. It probably had a skirt but I only have the jacket.
