Ben-Amun Designer Vtg Glass Carnelian Brooch

This battle shield type costume jewelry brooch is encrusted with one large faux center glass carnelian & three smaller glass onyx half rounds on what appears to be either bronze or copper. The aged patina makes it hard to determine, but the weight and thickness of this piece feels more like bronze. However, the pin and the edging on the back show a slight copper/gold color through the aged patina. This brooch has a circular pin back in working order. It measures approximately 1-7/8 inches dia.
