Hi @jkhhjkhh! The tag inside the coat shows Italian size 46 which is a small (I put 12 in error). The chest is 36" and waist is 30".

@jkhhjkhh , 46 is a size 10 in US which is more like a L or XL (not small as I said earlier). chest 36"-37", waist 30", hip 38-40".
