Benson & Smith Floral Print Dress

Pretty dress for work or a dressier outing. Colors (purple/green on black) fall between the 2 pics in tone. 3/4-length sleeves, rounded V-neck front. Bodice V's in the front and skirt gathers to fall from there. Zip in back. Pleating over the shoulders. Does have shoulder pads and gives a bit of an 80s vibe to me, but I'm sure the right person can remove (I couldn't - I have narrow shoulders). Falls just below the knees. There is a small seam tear that can be fixed if you know how (I don't).
