Beautiful lightest baby blue heavily beaded cardigan. Beading is different blue shades and silver. Tiny Pearl button closure. Been in my closet since early 90’s Never worn too tiny for me. Sized M but I’d say it’s a small. There’s one strand of beads that are totally attached but needs a stitch from inside. See last photo. I don’t sew🤷🏻‍♀️ Absolutely beautiful piece of art.
